Abstract
Summary: Some modifications of a heat elution technique are described. Heat elution was used for recovery of cattle erythrocyte antibodies absorbed from isoimmune cattle sera. The results of the use of eluates as typing reagents and for studying serologic relationships between antibodies and between antigenic factors are listed and discussed. The use of elution techniques in studying specific properties of biologic materials is suggested. Keywords
