Age Variations of Nominal Tensile Strength of Wistar Rat Skins

Abstract

A study has been conducted of the nominal tensile strength of Wistar rats using an Instron tensile testing apparatus. Preliminary data suggest that significant age and sex-related changes occur in the skins of these animals.
