Sensory neuropathy with ulcerative mutilating acropathy

Abstract
A sporadic case of ulcerative mutilating acropathy with certain unusual features is described. Biopsy studies of nerve and muscle suggest that the underlying pathology is probably degeneration of dorsal root ganglia. The literature is reviewed.Keywords
