Abstract
This article raises questions about the resource room model as an educational delivery system for handicapped students. Questions consider the role and function of the resource teacher, which students benefit most, mechanisms needed to ensure communication between resource teacher and referring teacher, and administrative policy decisions that interfere with maximum functioning of the resource room model. Systematic evaluation of the resource room model is suggested as timely and crucial. Keywords
