Abstract
It was possible to reduce the rate of fermentation about 80% by means of grinding while the yeast acquired the power to respond to phosphate. Kieselguhr adsorbed the active material. The effect of various reagents on the fermentation is described. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
