Abstract
Pre-staining conditions that affect α-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) activity in peripheral blood lymphocytes have been evaluated. The effects of different fixatives, pH of fixation, pre-fixation storage time and length of fixation have been compared with regard to maximal preservation of ANAE activity in peripheral T-cells.Keywords
