Observations of Five Thermal Sources at 15 GHz with the 5-km Telescope

Five thermal sources have been observed at 15 GHz with an angular resolution of $$\sim 0^{\prime\prime} \cdot 65$$ arc. For two sources, W3(OH) and NGC 7027, detailed brightness distributions have been obtained; two others NGC 7538(B) and V1016 Cyg, are partially resolved. The physical implications of the results are discussed briefly.
