Abstract
The demonstration of some species-specific streptococcal enzymes with 4-methylumbelliferyl-conjugated .beta.-D-glucuronide, N-acetyl-.beta.-D-glucosaminide, and .beta.-D-mannoside and agglutination with the lectin from Dolichos biflorus allowed rapid tentative identification of streptococci isolated from cows with mastitis. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
