Abstract
One of the more routine steps associated with cryosectioning of ultra-thin and semi-thin sections for immunocytochemistry is the transfer of sections to EM grids or coverslips. In a study of the granules of human neutrophils, we have found that the composition of the transfer medium was crucial to the success of these experiments. Keywords
