Abstract
Fixed-length spin Hamiltonian scrH=(1/2) F x [α(∇-β] is considered. It is assumed that there is a short-range order in spatial distribution of local anisotropy axes n(x) characterized by the correlation function Γ(x). For a weak anisotropy the low-temperature spin-spin correlation function is 〈S(x)S(0)〉=exp[(-Ωβ2 / 60π)‖x‖] where Ω= F x Γ(>). This is in agreement with recent neutron scattering studies for amorphous Fe-Mn alloys.
