Abstract
This paper develops an approach to evaluate environmental impact and yield trade-offs in electronics manufacturing over the life cycle of the products studied. A mathematical model is described which provides sensitivity analysis of the revenue and cost trade-offs constrained by operational parameters, government regulations, and environmental goals. Keywords
