'Brand-stretching' advertisements for cigarettes: the impact on children

Abstract
CIGARETTE brand imagery is often presented in advertisements for other products or services. Re cent research sponsored by the Cancer Research Campaign suggests that many primary school chil dren may identify such advertisements as advertis ing cigarettes, and perceive exciting and attractive imagery in this kind of advertising material.Keywords
