Abstract
Liquid dilution counting procedures with Mycoplasma gallisepticum strain A 5969 were used to follow increase in population and decrease upon exposure to Co60 radiation. The culture produced acid in the Difco PPLO medium, facilitating scoring for use of Halvorson and Ziegler or Fisher and Yates tables. Keywords
