Abstract
For pt.II see ibid., vol.13, p.847 (1980). The asymptotics of solutions are found for a set of differential equations describing the three-body system in the adiabatic representation in the limit of large internuclear distances. The obtained asymptotics are shown to conform with the physical boundary conditions of the three-body problem. Keywords
