Abstract
Degenerate four-wave mixing was used to evaluate third-order nonlinearities in Ag-Na exchange waveguides. Guided wave linear absorption analysis was used to correlate metallic Ag content with nonlinear properties. Measured conjugate reflectivities approached 4%.Keywords
