Abstract
A method is described which enables patient dissatisfaction to be measured in a consecutive sample of adults attending for consultation in general practice. The method has been found to be practicable and acceptable, both to patients and doctors and to yield results which are both consistent and useful to the doctor in structuring his practice. Keywords
