Abstract
X-Irradiation of the liver region of normal 3-wk-old rats, as well as at different times after a 2/3 hepatectomy, failed to produce hepatomas. This result contrasts with the observations in mice in which liver regeneration was stimulated by CCl4 prior to X-irradiation as well as in rats exposed to a chemical carcinogen following a 2/3 hepatectomy. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
