Intraarterial Reserpine Administration in Raynaud Syndrome

Abstract
Fifteen patients with Raynaud syndrome affecting both hands equally were given reserpine intraarterially in one arm and a control solution in the other. There was short-term improvement in three of the 15 patients' conditions. We concluded that reserpine intraarterially is not an effective treatment for Raynaud syndrome.
