Abstract
We report two cases of low-grade extraovarian pelvic serous tumor. Each contained large numbers of psammoma bodies. The tumors belong to the small group of serous carcinomas that arise from the peritoneum. In both cases the tumor permeated the myometrial lymphatic vessels extensively. One patient is well eight years after surgery. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
