Abstract
A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of indoprofen, a new anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, was carried out in women with pain due to episiotomy. A single 100 mg dose of the drug proved to be significantly more active than placebo in decreasing pain and was devoid of any side-effects.Keywords
