Abstract
Isonicotinyl hydrazine is detd. microbiologically by a diffusion-plate technic employing a strain of Mycobacterium butyricum. The method is suitable for use with aqueous solns. and biological fluids containing 5 ug./ml. or more of the drug. Hydrazine, isonicotinic acid and isonicotinamide do not interfere. Keywords
