Abstract
The free-free absorption coefficient for is calculated at radiation wavelengths of 2000 and 20000 Å for various temperatures. Electron correlation corrections to the Hartree-Fock approximation are obtained by using many-body perturbation theory. Comparison is made with other theoretical methods and experiment.
