Abstract
A new technique of direct fixation of the endoscopically elevated scalp-periosteal flap to the underlying skeleton using transcutaneous K-wires is described. The technique is very simple to perform. It is expedient. The instrument requirement is minimal. The level of elevation of the brow can be determined and fixed reliably. Postoperative care is simple and is accepted well by the patients. A couple of instrumentation options are described. Keywords
