Abstract
The first 2 recorded cases of desmoid tumours occurring in siblings are described. The temporary regression of tumour growth by the use of radiotherapy is noted in 1 case. The treatment of this condition in 1970 remains necessarily surgical despite the evolution of advanced techniques in radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Keywords
