Abstract
A case of rhabdomyolysis associated with hyperkalaemia and renal failure following an overdose of Aminophylline is reported. Whilst rhabdomyolysis has been reported previously in a patient without hyperkalaemia who survived, it is not a recognized complication of Aminophylline overdose but may have fatal results. Keywords
