Abstract
Clavicipitic acid, an amphoteric indole derivative from Claviceps fusiformis, is identified by mass spectral and 1H n.m.r. studies as 3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-6-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)-1H-azepino[5.4,3-cd]indole-4-carboxylic acid (4) and shown to exist in two diastereoisomeric forms. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
