Abstract
That treatment of hyperlipidemia arrests, reverses, or prevents arteriosclerosis has not yet been proved, but the evidence is strongly suggestive. Dietary therapy is the first line of attack against hyperlipidemia. Drugs are used when necessary after diet has been given a chance to exert maximal effect. Keywords
