Abstract
An allotypic specificity (A1) of sheep serum is described. The antigenic determinant is located on a low molecular weight glycoprotein which has its isoelectric point at pH 5 and is capable of interacting with the lectin concanavalin A.Family studies showed that the allotype is inherited in a simple Mendelian manner. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
