Abstract
It has often been hypothesized that workplace politicization has a spillover effect onto people's participation in the larger political world. This article examines the relationship between workplace politicization and political orientations and behavior in one small city in upstate New York. Results indicate that what happens in the workplace affects the extent of individuals' political participation. Implications for the study of political socialization are discussed. Keywords
