Abstract
Cytologic examination of material obtained by fine‐needle aspiration of a supraclavicular mass revealed features that were consistent with a hibernoma. Subsequent histologic study following resection of the mass confirmed the cytologic impression. The clinical, histologic, and cytologic features of this rare tumor along with the differential diagnosis and pitfalls in the cytologic diagnosis are discussed in this article.
