Abstract
Methods for generating constant resistance one-ports with nonlinear and time-varying elements are proposed. The first step is a general characterization of constant resistance one-ports with linear time-invariant elements. This characterization is then used to generate classes of one-ports whose elements may be nonlinear and time-varying. Examples are given of constant resistance one-ports that include one-ports which neither need to be currentcontrolled nor voltage-controlled. In one case, the necessary and sufficient conditions for constant resistance are given. Keywords
