Theory of Spin Resonance in Bismuth

Abstract
The spin resonance in power absorption is calculated for reflection of microwave radiation from a flat sample of bismuth with a static magnetic field in the plane of the sample. It is shown that observed resonances reported in the literature for bismuth cannot be attributed to spin resonance.Keywords
