Abstract
Of 63 patients evaluated for chest pain, 54 were found to have severe angina pectoris and major coronary arterial obstruction. Operation was considered feasible in 52 patients. Neither the angiographic demonstration of distal patent segments nor the apparent size of such segments was significant in selecting surgical candidates. Keywords
