Abstract
A Monte Cailo method described in a previous paper is used to evaluate various thermodynamic quantities for hydrogen-helium mixtures at temperatures and pressures characteristic of the Jovian interior. The additivewoinme law for chemical mixtures appears to be an excellent approximation. However, the Debye equation of state for the temperature dependence of the pressure is rather crude and tends to overestimate the pressure for a given temperature and density. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
