A new species of the enigmatic genus Campylites, C. pleijeli, from the Ludlovian Hemse Beds at Gogs, Gotland, Sweden, is described. It is characterized by its small size, and clearly differs from the group of “Serpulites longissimus Sowerby”.Keywords
