Abstract
Subcutaneous injection of 0.7 mg of Adrenalin was followed by a significant shortening of the plasma Stypven time in 10 healthy male students. There was no effect of Adrenalin administration on plasma thromboplastin time. It is suggested that the effect of Adrenalin on plasma Stypven time is mediated by the release of some lipid material.
