Abstract
A computational technique using a combination of molecular mechanics, MO and intermolecular interaction energy calculations has been developed that is capable of predicting the possibility of chiral separation in liquid chromatography, the most retained enantiomer and the orientations between the enantiomers and the chiral stationary phase.Keywords
