Abstract
A 13 year old girl with recurrent ventricular tachycardia that occurred in association with anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is described. Such an arrhythmia has not been described before. Ligation of the anomalous left coronary artery led to more frequent episodes of ventricular tachycardia with evidence of myocardial ischaemia. She was successfully managed by revascularisation (to establish a two coronary system) and map-guided left ventricular aneurysmectomy. Keywords
