Abstract
A multiproduct dependent inventory model is presented in this article. The solution procedure is a combination of mathematical optimization and simulation. The technique is computationally tractable, and yields significant savings when compared with independent product analysis. The mathematical development of the model is presented, including an algorithm to obtain solutions of the model. Two example systems are analyzed in order to illustrate the solution technique. Keywords
