Abstract
This paper presents a teaching-learning paradigm designed to help teachers make specific decisions about instructional strategies. It can be used both In teacher-training programs and by inservice teachers. The paradigm describes parameters of teacher behavior and the sequence in which instructional tasks occur.Keywords
