Abstract
The conodont genus Misikella Kozur and Mock, 1974 has previously been considered unimembrate and a possible junior synonym of Neospathodus Mosher, 1968. In the present study, Misikella is considered a valid genus with a tetramembrate conodont apparatus. Only one species, Misikella longidentata, is recognized as belonging in that genus. Other species previously brought to Misikella are considered as having had a bimembrate apparatus and are referred to Axiothea n.gen.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
