Abstract
Data are presented on the mean speaking fundamental frequency (SFF) of 175 male talkers, ranging in age from 20 to 89 years. Mean frequency levels by age decade show a progressive lowering of SFF from age 20 to 40 with a rise in level from age 60 through the 80’s.Keywords
