Abstract
The use of 1,2-Dichloroethane (DCE) in fish protein concentrate production was proven to form end products toxic to growing rats. Chlorocholine chloride (CCC), an inhibitor of acetylchollnesterase(3,4) is an example of a toxic end product. Use of methanol to extract DCE extracted cod fillets did not remove all toxic end products. Five control groups of rats were used. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
