Abstract
Optical, infrared and radio observations of He2–10 are presented. Originally classified as a planetary nebula, He2–10 is shown to be a dwarf emission galaxy with a non-thermal radio continuum. Features resembling Wolf–Rayet bands are present in the spectrum. The galaxy is particularly rich in neutral hydrogen and radiates most of its energy in the infrared. Keywords
