Multisoliton emission from a nonlinear waveguide

Abstract
We demonstrate numerically that external excitation of a nonlinear waveguide can produce sequential threshold behavior via multisoliton emission from the waveguide. This behavior is similar to that predicted to occur at a nonlinear interface.Keywords
