Abstract
The literature dealing with the Gardner syndrome is reviewed. The author describes the case of a 29 year old male patient presenting colic polyposis, with malignant changes and multiple epidermoid cysts. This patient suffered also from mental retardation, gonadal deficit and syphilis.
