Pseudoscalar and Vector Exchanges in the Production of Vector Mesons

Abstract
The cross section for the general reaction (pseudoscalar meson +nucleon → spin -½ baryon+vector meson) and the decay angular distributions for the final baryon and vector meson are calculated under the assumption that the reaction is dominated by the exchange of pseudoscalar and vector mesons. The results are applied to an analysis of the reaction .
