Abstract
Educational change results largely from the efforts of innovators, whether they be individuals or school systems. Mr. Rogers discusses the characteristics of innovators and the implications for school administrators. The author, associate professor of agricultural economics and rural sociology at The Ohio State University, is on leave as Fulbright Professor of Sociology at the National University of Colombia.Keywords
