Abstract
A new clinical presentation of epidermal necrolytic reaction affecting a limited area is reported in 5 Zambian patients. No definite causative factor could be identified in any of these cases. A staphylococcal etiology is suspected because of the compatible histological features. None of the patients had pyogenic skin lesions and Staphylococcus was not isolated from the skin lesions. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
