Abstract
The postnatal function maturation of the rat parotid was investigated using micropuncture and microanalytical techniques. The cationic composition of the luminal fluid at different levels of the duct system, the net transductal fluxes of Na, K, and H2O and the salivary excretion of protein and amylase in immature and mature rats were determined. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
